What We Offer
We are open at 7:15 am and close at 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
We close on all Statutory holidays and Boxing Day.
Child Care
WPCCC is licensed by the Ministry of Education, Early Years Branch for 40 spaces. These spaces are allocated for children 18 months - kindergarten.
$217.50/month for toddlers
$217.50/month for preschoolers
$217.50/month for kinders under 6 years
$705.00/month for kinders 6 years
Subsidy is available for qualifying families.
Requirements
As a co-operative each family is required to complete one hour of co-op time per month which can include a variety of odd jobs.
Each family is required to participate in fundraising intiatives annually.
Program Objectives
The centre design promotes exploration and enjoyment, while teachers provide nurturing guidance and an understanding of children's individual needs and development. Clear boundries and an atmosphere of love, warmth and acceptance promote a safe and responsive environment for creative expression and the development of a positive self image.
